Privacy Policy

This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), which is posted and/or available on the Internet at the Site’s domain, as well as other contracts concluded with the User or contracts that may be concluded with the User.

By using the Site’s services, the User agrees with the Site’s Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy), and at their own will and in their own interests provides written consent to the following methods of processing Personal Information: collection, recording, systematization, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction for the purposes established by this Policy using automation tools or without such tools at their discretion. If the Client/User does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, they should not provide personal data by filling out the relevant forms.

The Privacy Policy applies to all personal information that the Site may obtain about the Client/User during their use of the site, applications, and products of the site.

Purposes of collecting user personal information

The Site may use the Client/User’s personal data for the following purposes:

Establishing feedback with the User, including phone calls, sending messages, inquiries regarding the use of the Site, providing services, processing requests and applications from the User, sending advertising and other information about the Site’s promotions and other services.
Determining the User’s location to ensure security and prevent fraud.
Confirming the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User.
Providing the User with effective client and technical support in case of issues related to the use of the Site.

We collect the following information:

Technical information

During your visit to the Site, information from the standard server logs (server logs) automatically becomes available to the Site’s administration. This includes your computer’s IP address (or proxy server, if used to access the Internet), your Internet provider’s name, domain name, browser type and operating system, information about the site/page in social networks from which you made the transition to the Site, the pages of the Site you visit, the dates and times of these visits, and files, cookies. This information is analyzed by us in aggregated (anonymized) form for analyzing Site visits and used in the development of proposals for its improvement and development. The connection between your IP address and your personal information is never disclosed to third parties, except in cases where consent has been obtained and/or required by law.

Anonymized technical information about visits to the Site is also collected by installed statistical counters.

Other information provided voluntarily

For the purpose of concluding Agreements, the User may also provide the following personal data about themselves or the organization and its representatives on whose behalf they act: full name, position, phone number; additionally, they may provide the name, corporate registration data (company code, tax number), registration address and postal address of such organization, corporate phone number, bank account, name of the servicing bank, and correspondent account, etc. The specified information about the organization is not considered personal data.

Responsibilities of the parties

The User is obliged to:

Provide personal data necessary for using the Site within the framework of the Agreement or concluding a Contract.
In case of concluding a Contract with the Site Owner, update and supplement the provided personal data in case of changes.
The Administration/Representative of the Site / Site Owner is obliged to:

Use the obtained information exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
Ensure the storage of confidential information, not disclose it without the prior permission of the User, and not sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose the User’s transferred personal data, except as provided by law.
Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data according to the procedure usually used to protect such information in the existing business turnover.
Destroy or block personal data related to the relevant User upon their request or request of their legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification in case of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.
Protection of collected information

The Site takes all necessary and sufficient organizational, technical precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of Users’ data. Only those Site employees who need to perform job functions requiring access to personal data have access to User information.
The User acknowledges that in case of negligent attitude towards the safe storage of personal data giving access to them, third parties may gain unauthorized access to them. The Site is not responsible for damages caused by such access. We recommend that Users use complex passwords consisting of numbers and letters.

Additional conditions

The Administration/Representative of the Site / Site Owner has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent and without notification. The User is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the updated version of the Privacy Policy, according to which the rules of using the Site are regulated. Changes to the Privacy Policy take effect from the moment they are posted on the Site unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.

The current edition of the Policy is available on the Executor’s Site and its subdomains on the Internet.

This PRIVACY POLICY is developed and operates within the framework of the current EU Legislation on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
